Sande Construction and Supply Co., Inc. was founded in 1949 and incorporated in 1955. We joined the Master Builders of Iowa in 1957 and are actively involved with the association. We are a Behlen Building Systems steel building contractor and have been working with steel-frame buildings for 50 years. In that period of time we have erected hundreds of buildings with an estimated total roof area of over 4 million square feet. We have successfully completed many standing seam reroof projects in the past years including churches, retail outlets, schools, and office buildings. We have extensive experience with warehouses and manufacturing plants and have completed reroof installations from 1000 to 100,000 square feet, adding insulation and reducing utility costs. We are a general building contractor specializing in new church construction, renovation, and elevator additions, institutional, industrial, and office buildings, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and other commercial work.
Sande Construction has seven major job superintendents, each capable of handling multi-million dollar projects. These seven working superintendents are well versed in all aspects of construction and together have over 140 years combined experience with our firm.
Sande Construction has been active in lease and lease-purchase agreements for construction projects and we have completed several large projects on this basis. |
